Noah, the mayor's son, was a professed heavy cannabis user and of course Kadavu was Sireli's island of "last remaining traditional culture" -- the iTaukei are presumed to be the only indigenous Fijians

saw this Indian film in Lautoka: only a dozen patrons in the theatre but we all had assigned/numbered seats: strategically grouped
